But we cannot be held responsible for the past generation and we cannot bear full responsibility for the next one. However we do have our generation! God will hold us responsible at the judgment seat of Christ for how well we fulfilled our responsibilities and took advantage of our opportunities.

The Bible teaches that angels intervene in the affairs of nations. God often uses them to execute judgment on nations. They guide, comfort, and provide for the people of God in the midst of suffering and persecution.

How often do we lie simply because we are trying to build ourselves up in the eyes of others? How often do we gossip because we want to appear "in the know,"or because we are trying to make ourselves appear better than someone else? The Bible's command is clear: ["Have regard for good things in the sight of all men" (Romans 12:17 NKJV)].
