Peace is a simple word, but it has a lot of ramifications. Peace doesn't have any financial benefits. When there's a war, countries buy billions of dollars' worth of armaments that are made here in the United States. In peacetime, they don't need any. Because Iran can't sell its oil, oil prices are up, and the United States gets the benefit of that.

In this time of challenge, I am asking the prime minister to address Congress on the grave threats radical Islam and Iran pose to our security and way of life.

A major player in that destruction will be the Medes, today's Iran – a radical Muslim nation, which, not coincidentally, is officially committed to the destruction of Israel and America.

As we have seen from scripture, once Israel is at peace, Russia, Iran and their Muslim allies, will try to wipe out Israel, but God will miraculously intervene, with no help from Israel's military treaty partner, the Daughter of Babylon. The invaders will be destroyed, with destruction back in the homelands of Russia and Iran. Israel, though bloodied, will still stand (Ezekiel 38 and 39). So much for the first peace treaty.

In the 6th century B.C., the Median kingdom included what is now Iran, Turkey, Iraq and surrounding areas. The Medo-Persian empire, a powerful dual empire, lasted until its conquest by Alexander the Great in 330 B.C. The area, for centuries, has been populated by Muslims. When God removes His protection from the Daughter of Babylon, He will stir up the kings of the Medes to destroy the Daughter of Babylon. Those persons would be from the area that today includes Iran and Iraq.

Whichever Muslim President of Iran is in office, its Ayatollahs, who are in ultimate control of Iran, are committed to advancing their global goals of the destruction of the "Little Satan" (Israel) and the "Great Satan" (America). The Kings of the Medes will also be stirred up by God, along with Russia, and others, to invade Israel (Ezekiel 38 & 39).

Scripture prophesies that Russia and Iran will invade Israel. Thus, strengthening Russia and Iran's military standing in the region advances the fulfillment of Ezekiel's prophecies (Ezekiel 38 and 39). The decision, which does not favor Israel's security, must be seen as another indication of an emerging anti-Israeli American foreign policy.

The only thing that will stop Iran from getting nuclear weapons is regime change in Tehran.

Bahai Iranians are barred from holding government jobs, their children are excluded from the nation's university system, their marriages are not recognized and their cemeteries and holy places have been desecrated. It is government policy to incite hatred of Bahais in the official media.

Faced with the crippling sanctions, Iran could simply decide it is paying too high a cost to pursue its nuclear program and could opt for negotiations and reconciliation with the United States and other members of the international community. This is clearly the preferred option of American leaders.

A problem was the lack of cooperation of the Afghan community itself. The women, though living in Iran, were under cover and not willing to participate in the film, and none of the ethnic groups were willing to work together or be together.

The Iranians have shot down drones. They tried to destroy the Saudi oil fields. They tried to storm our embassy. So, when my Democratic friends say we need appeasement, well appeasement hasn't worked. And I think that we've learned, with respect to Iran, that weakness invites the wolves.

Bad actors like Russia, Iran, and China have demonstrated time and time again they have both the capabilities and the intent to use the cyber domain as an operating space to wreak havoc.

Israel will not tolerate Iran developing nuclear power, even if Iran claims it is for peaceful purposes. If there is an attack, oil prices will go through the roof.

And we support Senator Joseph Lieberman, that it's time for our country to consider a military preemptive strike against Iran if they will not yield to diplomacy

For the first time since 1979, we are talking to the Islamic Republic of Iran. Obama says talking to him is probably pointless, but it's a hell of a relief from Mitch McConnell.

We have to do one thing at a time. We can't be fighting ISIS and fighting [Bashar]Assad. Assad is fighting ISIS. He is fighting ISIS. Russia is fighting now ISIS. And Iran is fighting ISIS.

Maybe the words are the same, but the time is not the same. Iranians weren't working on achieving nuclear energy.

Iran is the greatest national security threat America faces. Russia does continue to battle us in the U.N. time and time again. I have clear eyes on this.

And now, resorting to the same old scare tactics, the same tired falsehoods and the same old fake news about nuclear weapons, it is gearing up to bomb Iran. That will be the biggest mistake it has ever made.

Everybody in the U.S... should force their country... please, don't, do this. [re Iran]

I can tell you one thing, Iran is closer to developing nuclear weapons today than it was a week ago, or a month ago or a year ago. It's just moving on with its efforts.

The Obama presidency has two great missions: fixing the economy, and preventing Iran from gaining nuclear weapons.
