Do the math. America allows about one million two hundred thousand abortions per year. According to the Guttmacher Institute, the average cost of an abortion in 2001, the last year for which data was provided by aborters, was $468.00, so by now the average cost exceeds $600. Multiply the number of abortions times the costs of an abortion. That exercise will yield a total of 'blood money' every year in America of close to a billion dollars ($1,000,000,000.00).

Multiply over forty million abortions worldwide each year by the years since 1973. Over a billion babies in the world have died, in part, because of America's 'leadership' in promoting abortion globally. What a gruesome legacy. Who else better deserves the title of 'Mother of Abominations'?

It's not necessary to believe America is the Daughter of Babylon to believe that God will keep His word and demand America must make an accounting for the blood of fifty five million babies killed by abortion and that the accounting will be demanded from those who shed/allowed the shedding of the blood. God either means what He said, or He doesn't.

These are deadly serious thoughts, just as aborting babies is a deadly serious national sin.

So where does one move? This clearly is a matter for much prayer and seeking God's face. In doing so, two factors should be taken into account: a.) does the potential location for immigration allow abortion; and b.) what is the level of Muslim population? The remaining nations of the world that today prohibit or severely restrict abortion and that have low levels of Muslim population are mostly in Central and South American, nations that, therefore, may offer an appropriate refuge.

Does anyone seriously think that this carnage would have been allowed to happen if the Church had arisen with one voice and said 'we will not abide the legalized murder of our children in the womb'?
