The Bible says a great deal about entire families coming to Christ. Rahab the harlot . . . the Philippian jailer . . . and Cornelius, the Roman centurion. That could be true in your family too. You may be the one who could lead your family to Christ.

Among those Christians to whom hell means little, Calvary means less.

As humans we have two great spiritual needs. The first is forgiveness, which God has made possible by sending His Son into the world to die for our sins. Our second need, however, is for goodness, which God also made possible by sending the Holy Spirit to dwell within us.

Man would have remained forever lost if God in His infinite mercy had not sent His Son to earth to bridge this gulf.

Man is a moral failure. Our only hope is GOD.

Salvation is free, but there is a price to pay in following Jesus. It is never said in Scripture that we can have "Christ and . . .".It is always "Christ or . . .". What is your "or"?

Can We Be Sure We Will Go to Heaven?

There are thousands of lonely people who carry heavy and difficult burdens of grief, anxiety, pain, and disappointment; but the loneliest of all is one whose life is steeped in sin.

Our souls have a disease. It causes all the troubles and difficulties in the world. It causes all the troubles, confusions, and disillusionments in your own life. The name of the disease is . . . sin.

Don't make the mistake of thinking that because God is love everything is going to be sweet, beautiful, and happy and that no one will be punished for his sins . . . God's love provided the cross of Jesus, by which we can have forgiveness and cleansing.

He was about to take upon Himself the sins of men. He was to become sin for us.
